Look up exercise videos on YouTube and do them. I do the Jillian Michaels ones and I do step aerobics like that. It’s free and a great way to switch things up since they have yoga, HIIT, step, etc...

You don’t need money to lose weight. My grocery bill has gone down because my portion size is less than what I normally would have and the fast food runs are no longer a thing. I weigh/measure all my food. I work out using YouTube as a guide because I don’t have any money for a gym membership being that I’m a single…

Congratulations, I just started towards my 100 pounds down goal but lost 19 pounds this month. It’s so inspiring to hear how much people have lost when you have so much to lose yourself so thanks for sharing your story.
