Gone for a family weekend last weekend! Up 3 #! Kind of mad at myself. I just let go! What I learned is I need daily exercise. When out with the group eat half. Don’t get too tired. My limit is two drinks. I am stocked for the week. Going out to walk now. And have a plan for when I am hungry and don’t want to eat much!…
