  • I am doing pretty good so far, 15 lbs lost. My doctor put me on a 1000-1200 calorie, no more than 80 mg carbs and no cheese/white flour/white rice/potato diet. I have started exercising which has never been my thing. Feeling pretty proud of myself! My blood pressure is good and my blood sugar is getting much better.
