I usually weigh in the mornings, birthday suit, and after a bathroom visit before any food/water. I have a bad habit of weighing in too much though. I have to tell myself, wait a little longer, a few more days.

Do you only run, or do you add in other exercise too? I'm on the same goal plan and I am on my feet at my job all day 7-8hrs a day and I jog a mile a day. I'm only burning about 100cal with my jogging and not sure if I should tweak that or add in other stuff. Started clean eating with my husband. I'm at 140 now already…

I'm at 140 now, trying to get to 115 or so by June. If I'm not exactly there, I won't be upset. Glad to hear someone has made it though. I'm 5'3" though so similar goals :)

Looking to lose about 20lbs here. Already lost 8-10lbs after completely changing diet and exercising. I jog a mile a day, and have cut my time to in between 10-12 minutes. I have one break day. Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream... So delicious. I would never measure, just fill my bowl till it was full and purposely get a big bowl. Now, I will measure out and be wise with myself. Pretty sure it was one of my main bumps in weight loss journey...

I just got on here, and I've started to do this myself. I feel more in control and that I can manage my intake better. I also work around with what I put in to see what works and gets me closest to calorie needs. I feel like it motivates me to look forward to the day ahead and doing it well :)
