Very productive day, getting through lots of chores with the help of my 10 year old daughter. Food wise, been ok so far, find weekends hard as hubby goes to the bakers & buys pastries & cakes. Achieved most of my goals today but no walk again!!! Had a nasty experience but didn't eat on it.
