  • Hi Everyone! My goal is to lose 20lbs by Mid-July...why...you may ask...bc it’ll be 2 years since I’ve had my son! Right now I am 155...I plan on doing intermittent fasting everyday from 11-7, HIIT workouts 3x a week, and walk/sprint 6 miles a day... Let’s do this!

  • I drink a gallon of water everyday...6 days out of the week. Your body will not retain water weight if you are replenishing your body with water every day. The only time your body retains water if it is not getting enough water, your body will also hold onto water depending on your daily sodium intake.

  • Acne can sometimes get worse before getting better...try drinking a gallon of water a day...it will help remove a lot of the toxins throughout the body. I've had less breaks out by drinking a gallon of water 6 days out the week and cutting out dairy products (my downfall).…
