You're trying to go as fast as you can. Crash course. So many people fail when doing that. 1200 is very low. The reality is that for most people you can't go lower than that without your hair falling out. Go with the calorie plan that MFP gives you. I'm sure it's a little more than 1200

I don't think BMR (base metabolism rate) is very unreliable. It changes depending on what you do and what you eat. You're in a normal BMI range. I would go with 1400 Cal's per day of I really wanted to be aggressive

Congrats on the 60 lbs weight loss. I sense you have some body issues. .5 lbs per week is normal. One thing to look out for is logging overestimated exercise. Be on the conservative side with that. And I personally like strong women, so what you think people like, isn't always true.

Personally, I don't think you need to watch any calories if you're marathon training 6 days a week. You can burn 2600 calories in a marathon And I know with a lot of competitive training reginmens you basically run mini marathons when training. Mix that in with yoga. I say. Eat anything you want while marathon training

Ya. 1/4 cup of steel cut oats is about 150. You only need a 1/4 cup with 1 1/2 cups of water to make a bowl of oats. The oats expand when water is added/cooked with it--just like rice. So you want to put oatmeal in your protein shake? how big is your container?

Ok. This thread is in my wheel house. Chipotle is great Brown rice, grilled chicken, pinto beans And vegetables. - great Subway. All the veggies and oven roasted chicken breast . Mustard - fantastic Jack in the box - side salad and a sourdough Jack - my fave. I never drink soda. Fries blows everything out. It can be easy

OP sounds like you do have a weight goal. You just don't know what it is. Your weight goal is whatever weight a size 10 is for your body type. There you go

I agree. I know people say that your body can't tell the difference between sugars, but I don't think so, I think processed sugar does something that natrual sugar doesn't do. Of course this is just anecdotal
