And what are your stats?

The iron super food is Liver. So chop into some Liver, if you're so inclined
-
Greens ofcourse. Liver - if you want to venture to the meat side. You can also cook in a cast-iron pan and get some iron that way. -seriously
-
I don't think you have to worry about macros right now. Worry about staying within your calorie limit
-
I think the idea is you start off losing a lot more then it goes down and averages out over time. So losing more initially is normal
-
Try steel cut oats. They take a little longer to make. Fantastic texture
-
If you're serious about weight loss, this is the #1 thing you should do
-
This is good if you are like 140 lbs and 4ft 6 in height
-
You must be incredibly tired on 1200
-
Arnt saturated fats supposed to be good now?
-
Log all of it....painfully
-
It's one of the things that make us accountable for logging. Little psychological jabs
-
Should we just pull a number out of thin air when we know nothing about you? How long is a piece of yarn? Anyway my advice is don't wait till tomorrow start today
-
Count your exercise as exercise. I would put the activity level at sedentary, unless you have a physically demanding job or you do a physically demanding task as a daily routine
-
Log all of it.
-
I don't know your stats, Just under 2 lbs a week is above average in a lot of circles.
-
LMAO I can't believe he said my bread wasn't clean. :s
-
Sedentary is a good way to go IMO How many calories do you eat a day to lose 2 lbs?
-
It depends on how aggressive I want to be. I recalculated when I hit a little plateau
-
It may not be the beer, belly fat is notoriously the last thing to go for many guys. Try some core strengthening workouts. Cardio or otherwise
-
LMAO @ clean I like French garlic bread - so buttery. Healthy, delicious and "clean"
-
You're either not logging your food correctly or over estimating your workout calories

Ahhh... Yah. Here an article about running in the summer sun over terrain. http://www.active.com/running/articles/how-many-calories Weather: are you running in the sun or rain, is it humid? Are you running at altitude, is the wind at your back. I'm just trying to be as accurate as possible
-
I eat oats daily. 607 is right for a cup
-
Hold up. Those numbers must be kilos. Anyway, I don't think, the app would want you to consume 3180 Cals a day to lose weight. Something was incorrect. A good starting point off the top of my head would be a 2000cal a day diet
-
Quickest way to lose body fat is cardio, although you will lose muscle as well. Look into the cut/ bill stuff if you're so inclined
-
The 3 mile run can be anywhere from 400 to 1000 depending on if it was an actual run, the weather. And previous fitness level. I don't do the steps thing, so I set my level to sedentary. But it sounds good
-
Don't be afraid to eat back all your calories on run days. Your logging has to be tight though. Eating back half those run calories can be aggressive, at times. Also be sure that you have the right weight entered before you run - as you get in better shape, you burn less calories, and runs become easier 700 or so, is a…

I don't know OPs weight but she's probably eating more than 1200 and logging incorrectly- lol because that hunger is real. I wonder if the unhealthy self torture is like a punishment for being overweight in the first place

Find a weight you'd like to be at. Calculate how many calories per day you should be getting. Log everything accurately. This solves the problem
