  • Yoga makes you chill. Yoga, however, is not chill. It's tough. Especially, if you really want to do it right. The balance and joint benefits are astronomical. And you gain strength in unique places. I would start off with youtube videos

  • I try to play sports. Look into that. I've also heard of a lot of people getting off meds the more exercise they put in. So maybe you have that boon to look forward to
  • Wow. You run 1-3 miles a day and eat under 2000 calories? I don't know what you're doing wrong. Only thing I can think of is that you're not eating enough. If you don't east enough your body tends to think food is scarce and hold on to fat. How long have you been stuck?

  • From what I understand about Keto, you should be eating more fats. There are a lot of " good fats" out there like avocado and really any fats from fish. Sounds like you're doing fine though. Another good sweet fat is some dark chocolate
  • First of all. How many calories per day? Do you work out a lot or do any sports? What foods do you like? What is your goal?
  • 1200 is very low and set you up for failure. There are also no "cheat meals" If you're working out you NEED protein and fats So it's a marathon not a Sprint.
  • The only thing I try very hard not to do is #5. If I start being sloppy I want it documented. I don't care how off the wagon I go. I wrote it down so that I have some comparable info. Very helpful post though
  • Yah. A good way to make the switch is to drink sparkling water. Look for the 0 calorie ones. The flavored ones are my favorite. That was the gate-way drug for me to start drinking good old regular H2O
  • That sounds like an awesome breakfast. Salmon is good and avocado is good. I guess the portions are the thing to look put for
