The belly fat is the last to go. Sorry man
-
Serious question: why is your biggest downfall carbs?
-
Gotta up those calories. Surely mfp gave you more than 1300 with your height and. Weight. A crash course is not the way
-
Since you're here, I'm guessing it's related to your caloric intake. How many calories do you consume? What's your height weight and age?
-
Sounds good. Go for it. My only advice is don't put it off, start right away
-
I log everything I eat. So I don't cheat. And remember even if you do "cheat" most time your body logs everything perfectly. I don't understand the "cheat" mindset
-
LMAO. Your Fitbit shows you burned almost 3000 calories When you play high level soccer for 5 hours? Did you just run a marathon? Sorry I couldn't help myself I think the Fitbit is off though
-
Another fault that you may have is over estimating your exercise calories. Someone post the flow chart.
-
What is cheating? What is a cheat day?
-
It can be done. Get a team of scientist to put together a meal plan for you. On a serious note, why would you want to drop your carbs so low?
-
I'd only quit if I had a problem
-
Scary was used in very juvenile terms here :#
-
That stuff is so squirrelly with the double steps and all of that. I don't use it
-
As much as it might pain you -- log all of it. It helps you to get back on track after your birthday is over
-
Hahaha. The soda lovers didn't like that one.
-
Picky eating is a not in my vocabulary. There is a great big world out there. try some of it
-
Well OP. You started off fast. Everything now will slow down. It's just the reality
-
Are we in some kind of disagreement?
-
Exactly. Eating crazy portions, my body is like wtf are you doong
-
Yes it is very ok. Whether you're forcing it down or not
-
Considering that carbs are in everything besides raw protein, that's a small number.
-
If I were you I'd change the settings to sedentary. Unless you are walking for legitimate exercise, you shouldn't count that. 1300 to 1800 is a big jump. What are your stats?
-
Absolutely. Weight loss is not linear. Also, you can lose more than that, depending on what weight you're starting at
-
People use tbsp to measure solids? Suely only granular solids
-
Who cares. I love coconut oil
-
The whole metabolic thing is squirrelly, because your metabolism can change depending on what you're doinh, what you ate, how you're feeling. It varies too much to keep track of. Just count calories
-
16 tbsp in one cup. Measuring is fine. This is a volume measurement. Why would OP use a scale?
-
Coconut water is not bad though. Sure it has calories but it also doesn't cause insulin spikes. Much better than soda. Whether it's the natural sugar or whatever, I don't know. One thing I do know, it probably the best for a workout
-
Wanted to get from an overweight BMI to the normal. Then after I got to normal, wanted to get to an ideal weight for my height and age.
-
Lol your calves look fine. Is this some kind of help- brag?
