I hope you enjoy being tired and weak with a newborn around
-
I eat more at dinner. Usually 400 to 600 Cal's for lunch 700 to 1000 for dinner
-
Also. You post no stats. Should we magically know what's wrong? Are you just venting?
-
Think of one sugar snack that you like, just one. Budget it in your daily calories Have a little bit of it every night
-
Congrats. Logging is so important. Even if you go over you know the "damage" and you are more accountable
-
Stay on that regimine and measure your food
-
Your everyday walks and your house chores do not count in your exercise. Those are already calculated in your activity level. Exercise counts as exercise.
-
If you have to take " a break" I think the whole approach is wrong. I'm not saying you can't eat over your calories or you can't eat what you want. Is that the break you mean? No breaks
-
The catch 22 is that losing the weight may help you with your sciatica. You have to want to do it though. If you want to do it, enter your stats into MFP and be as honest as possible
-
Also 0 info. I hope you're just venting and not asking advice
-
For some reason I can't believe you're having too hard of a time. You are very normal. I'd probably have to see some pictures, but I cant even believe you have too much belly fat
-
If you arnt eating 1200 and you're 196. You are likely very tired and/or very hungry. If you are not, you are probably eating more than 1200. Just for reference. I'm 6"2 male 190 and I eat around 1800 Cal's a day and lose .5 to 1 lb a week
-
I don't know what central sleep apnea is, but I had sleep apnea, and it's one of the reasons why I chose to lose weight. What are your stats?
-
You probably should be eating 1600 Cals a day, crash couses usually don't turn out too well
-
Ieat fried chicken. You can have 2 thighs for about 600 cals. I don't think it's bad
-
1200 probably sets you up for failure You're on crash course. I lose about .5 lbs a week and I'm 6"2 190. You should probably be eating 1700 Cal's a day if you want to be aggressive
-
I play soccer on Thursdays and Fridays. 90 mins. Cardio is always good if you want to get lean
-
What's your height and weight?
-
-
I think you can burn more calories with cardio
-
I'm guessing it's like 1700 a day. Are you just not eating on your "rest" days, and taking naps. I don't know what "rest" days mean Anyway, it could be water weight. Are you logging on these "rest" days? Did you already recomp for the 10 lbs you lost?
-
LMAO. The concept of boredom "hunger" is funny to me. As if you wouldn't be hungry otherwise. Anyway, I don't get bored :|

This. log log log everything. Even if you "binge". The thing is, when you log the food, psychologically, you become accountable for what you put in your body, so even if you go over you are less likely to make it a habit. Also when you don't log and the scale goes up a little you have no idea if it's really water weight,…
-
I haven't even thought of that. Perfect
-
6 days in the grand scheme of things is nothing, you actually are losing above average, so those numbers could be balancing out now. Just stay the course and keep logging
-
A gallon of water a day is fine. You don't need that much, but it's fine
-
I'm a dude and no nothing about being pregnant. I'd think that you'd just have to eat what you want since you'll be gaining weight anyway. For example, it seems like it would be extremely difficult to know what your maintenance is, since you'd be eating for 2. Talk to your doctor about that
-
Ok. Maybe you want to recomp for the weight hat you're at. I think you burn less calories, the more fit you get. So you could be overestimating your exercise calories
