I have daily activity level set to the lowest setting, which, from what I've read, is what MFP recommends if you don't sync often. Generally I get in about 4,000-5,000 steps during the week and 2,000 to 3,000 on weekends. I do trust the guess of MFP's activity levels over the horribly inaccurate food tracker in fitbit.…

I'm more concerned about the actual calorie adjustment, which I don't get if the steps don't sync between the apps. I do look at my fitbit graphs. MFP should nix the step sync from fitbit altogether and just let us manually input a step total under exercise since they can't get it right. This is ridiculous.
