My husband often has a hard time sleeping/staying asleep. Soaking his feet in epsom salts (magnesium is the trick) really works for him. If he misses a night it's back to no sleep.

5'4.5" and trying to lose about 5-10 more. I've lost 7 and I'm stuck here. The first 7 went super fast with being carb conscious.
