Hi, I’ve had two back surgery’s in the last year, so very inactive and gained 20lbs as well. Now I have to go back to work at Trader Joe’s which is very physical. I’m so worried about carrying this extra weight. It’s my fault because I choose to eat junk. Now I have to start caring again and I’m excited.
