Ate all the meals and above ground veggies I wanted, and cheese, fish, Yogurts. There were days I was so full I had to fib about a couple diary entries, like a cheese stick or two, to meet the caloric intake.

Low carb, no Sodas, lots of walking, met my step goals about 2/3 of the month, a Lil pilates, a Lil cardio

How would I post an image in this thread so I can show you what I'm talking about. I know how to add a progress photo of myself, but it once offered me a selection of white images with confetti around the edges, and the amount of weight I'd lost... I have it saved, but I don't know how to post images here to show you
