Really starting to see a difference in the way my clothes fit me. I've been eating better and started drinking more juice. I may have not lost much by the scales standards but I am starting to see the difference in the way I feel.

So I started to change the small things, making my regular cheese omelette in the morning with only egg whites and cheese and made a 300 calorie breakfast into a 130 calorie breakfast leaving me with tons of room for mid morning snacks!

I definitely haven't been eating healthy either! I've been sick and eating popsicles to soothe my sore throat. I definitely think I am back to square one. Hopefully I get better soon so I can go to the gym and start working it off again! ( I'm afraid to step on the scale too)

So this week is almost over, but my challenge for you- next week- is to meal prep at least one meal a day. That is 7 meals in total. I think I am going to do some chicken, broccoli, and rice for my meals. What will you meal prep ?

Love all the posts about how motivated you all are right now! Happy Easter to everyone that celebrates it! I was VERY bad today and ate soooo much unhealthy stuff. In order to help combat my bad behaviors today I think I'll take my dog for a long walk! Holidays are such a struggle! How do you stay on track?

TIP: DO NOT DRINK YOUR CALORIES! Save your calories for more fulfilling meals and snacks! I dropped 10 lbs by cutting out cream and sugars from my coffee, and now I ENJOY drinking my coffee black!
