I've had a doctor tell me the same thing. He basically said there was no cure/treatment because there wasn't a pill for it out there. When I discussed LCHF, he told me that our body's aren't built to run of fat! (Insert hysterical laughter). I found a diff doctor!

OMG YES! Horse flies are evil littler effers! I've never felt a non-poisonous/non-sting bite hurt so bad in my life! My family is from Maine. So I'm well aquatinted with horse flies. And midgies!!! The swarm of microscopic teeth that gives you 1 million bites a second! Those guys too. Eradicate them! Asap!

I love making tacos in bell peppers! Or zucchini boats! Just make sure you track it and plan the rest of your day accordingly. To make sure you have the carbs for the bell pepper. (If you are a 10-20 net carbs a day, you have to be careful)

My bff gained five pounds her first week and quit the diet. I feel that had she kept up with it, and backed off the chicken broth a little (she was drinking 4-6 10 oz glasses a day which I think was over-kill), she would have started seeing positive results. But she gave up.

I went off once. I got soooooo sick. I had popcorn and candy and soda at a movie theater in March, after being on Keto for about 5-6 weeks. Haven't strayed off course since! I probably will never eat popcorn again, the smell even turns my stomach now... it's like tequila for people who've been hurt by it. Just can't!
