  • I really like a thick slice of bread with mashed avocado and soft boiled egg. It sounds a little gross, but it's so rich and so filling. Barring that, I usually do toast with marmite and butter and a cup of coffee. Worst case scenario, I do hard boiled eggs and sriracha. It is impossible to go wrong with eggs and hot sauce.
  • My friend, you've been making Labneh. That's all it is. Strained yogurt. Do you add anything else to it before you strain? I added lemon juice and salt to mine which is why I wasn't sure I could use the whey for anything else

Add fresh garlic and a little white onion so minced that its almost like a paste. Add a tbsp or 2 of Parmesan, some oregano, salt and…
  • There's a section on the app where you can create your own recipes and it will tell you how many calories are in each item you've used. I assume it's the same for the website. Go to the Food tab, and there should be a Recipes section. That should help you from there. Your Courgette Hashbrowns sound really yummy!
