  • 1. Bread and beef jerky is the ultimate weight loss meal! High carbs, almost no fat. 2. Riding my Segway burns about the same calories as "Standing on shoreline fishing"...lol. I'm must be becoming a pretty good fisherman. 3. I count backpacking as "Walking carrying a baby (15lb load)"...find dad I'm turning into too!
