I was wondering why you were upset at the North American Free Trade Agreement.

This is something I struggle with too. Just like I struggle with the idea that obesity is a disease. I know it is by medical standards but to me it seems like an excuse. I'm obese myself but I find it hard to say I have a disease. On the other hand, making fun of fat people is one of the last accepted prejudices on TV and…

I must say she looks great. And about 10 years younger.
-
Oh, maybe that's it.
-
Can't blame you. The show is ridiculous
-
Oh I see. I didn't know that. Thanks

A guy who gained all the weight back and still claims to be an expert? Bizarre. Move on to someone else.

People who scuff their feet along the ground when they walk and people who push elevator and walk buttons over and over like it makes anything happen faster.

My dietitian said not to eat them back unless we're talking hundreds of calories

I've said this in other posts but I'm a major chocolate addict. I've started making pudding in 1/2 cup servings and having them at night. Then throughout the day, and I would normally eat chocolate throughout the day, I can remind myself that I have pudding waiting for me at home. So far it's worked. I still have the odd…

What about oatmeal with some fruit?

If what you're doing is lightly active I'm doomed. Doomed. I would say you're very active.
-
I find it motivates me to get active if only to meet my daily challenge. But don't pay attention to what it says about calorie burning because it vastly overestimates it.

My dietitian said not to eat my exercise calories, unless we're talking a thousand or something.

People have been eating wheat for thousands of years. There's nothing wrong with it. When we started taking the whole grain away and only ate white flour things started to go wrong. Please don't believe these BS websites and books from "experts." All things in moderation.

There's a Norwegian one on Netflix called Occupied that's really good. Subtitles.

I'd croak without breakfast personally.

Great job! If I'd achieved a goal like that I'd burst into tears. You should be very proud of yourself.

This is a useful site: http://caloriecontrol.org/healthy-weight-tool-kit/get-moving-calculator/

There are other people on here more knowledgeable than me, but it's pretty hard to burn 1,100 calories walking 2 miles. Are you getting that number from Fitbit because their calorie counts are ridiculous. I walk 8,000 steps a day (just over 3 miles I think) and give myself credit for burning about 150 calories. i don't…

My favourite are chocolate eggs, but since it can't have too many of those, fried or poached...or anyway really.

Sweetie it sounds like you might be suffering from depression too. Maybe chat with your doctor or see a therapist. I have depression as well so I know of what I speak.

Mine stopped syncing last week and I haven't been able to get it to start again. Very annoying.
-
Me too. I've drastically cut down on my chocolate consumption but I have to have some everyday or I know I'll fail at this. I try to keep it under 150 calories.
-
Just wanted to mention that juicing removes fiber from the veggies or fruit so that's not good.
-
I just want to say that those packaged dinners are absolutely loaded with salt. I cut them out as they were starting to affect my blood pressure. Anyway, if they work for you then enjoy, but it's important to remember the salt and preservative content in them.
-
It's helped me to go to a dietitian to get advice about nutrition and serving sizes. Maybe that would be a good place to start?
-
Welcome to my frustrating world. Mine synced for a while and now stopped. Can't get it to start again no matter what I do. Grrrr!
-
Yes I agree. There's no way I burned 400 calories. I'll use the lower number. I can't help thinking that's a bit high too. Thanks for answering.

Oatmeal with mixed berries (I also put some high fibre cereal on top) and a glass of Kefir to drink.
