Pure goodness! LOL

This is more fun than eating "clean"! Thanks for all the direction.

This is really going to depend on your cal intake and programming. You can do the movements you listed all day, but if you're not doing a progressive loading program you won't see much explosive growth. I'm currently doing Hatch Squat Program - it works.

@psuLemon guess who just ate some gummy life savers post workout??
-
I bought some the other day but haven't made them yet. I put 4 eggs in 1 cup of mix together for a little extra protien in the cakes. (You don't have to add water or milk when you do this....)
-
Banana and almonds. Eggs and oatmeal Yogurt and almonds Oatmeal and yogurt Oatmeal and 1 scoop of protien 1 scoop of protien and almonds

I eat all day... LOL I try to not eat too close to the time I'm going to lift, mainly because I don't want my body wasting energy messing with food while I'm trying to lift. But sometimes it happens, I'd rather be full and lift than hungry. Haha I do drink a protein shake with the Karbolyn after a workout usually with in…

That's why I add it with protein. I'll have to give the whole gummy best deal a try though. https://www.google.com/amp/www.bodybuilding.com/amp-content/the-benefits-of-post-workout-carbohydrates.html
-
Are you eating it uncooked? If your to the nutrient facts; it's referring to cooked rice.
-
Awesome man! Keep at it!
-
Only regret from lifting when was 18. I never ate enough food to get in a surplus. If I could do it over, I'd eat all day long!
-
I'm not a fan of Gainer proteins either. They are full of fillers.

I agree with getting a small set of dumbbells like 2 1/2 lbs through 10 lbs. Then find a at home program and stick to it. I'm not sure about specifics for beginner at home programs. Good luck!

Since you're a runner HIIT sounds like a good way for you to move into lifting weights. It will have that high cardiovascular feel you are used to, plus working your muscles under a load will help your strength in your running as well. Maybe some other runners can verify this. You really can't go wrong with starting a…

I just ate 2 breakfast burritos with egg and sausage, followed by a chocolate covered donut!
-
I had to google it. LOL
-
@jctwinssg How's that sinus recovery going?
-
@Drake940 The only specific program I'm following is Hatch Squat Program. Other than than I've got my own progressive upper body workouts I do during the week.
-
Just weighed in at 170... of course it's the end of the day too. And I might have eaten 1/2 a bag of donuts as well.
-
I'd say that's very spot on explanation of it all.
-
@_bro HAHA yeah it's crazy! And a tan! Weirdest stuff!! LOL
-
I weigh cooked food only. I put plate/bowl/Tupperware on scale and zero, add meat the zero, add side then zero, add another side zero. I either plug these in MFP then or write it down and do it later. MFP remembers serving sizes so the next time you can just select it and it will be ready. Once you do this for a while you…

@SideSteel I see what you did there. Haha

Results from a crossfit style gym. We focus on strength work first then wrap up with a metcon. Biggest jump came when a group of us started Brute Compete.
-
Loading up for the next couple of day!
-
Before I started logging food I though I ate a lot, I did not even get close. If your not I'd start.
-
Squats are life!

It's hard to tell. First pic you are flexed and second pic you look relaxed.
