Starting Weight on 3/20: 222 lbs. at 5'6" tall 3/30: 215.6 lbs. (-6.4lbs.) Goal Weight of 196lbs. on 6/21 Ultimate Goal: 154lbs. My weigh ins are a bit random because I'm a shift worker. I'll weigh in at some point during the week, on a Monday if I'm not on nights.
