I make mine with a couple of scoops of powder and 6oz 1% milk, maybe some honey depending on the flavour of the powder.

Technically week one for me since I started late, but things are going better than I expected. I just have to watch my dinner plans more closely. For exercise, walking seems to do the trick for now.
