Hiya, Ozgurvh Thankyou for your reply. What type of weight lifting? My partner does weights and we have a heavy weight set up at home. Would it be better if I focus more on my abdomen etc. Like I say I do walking daily and 3-4 days a week I jog, whilst pushing a pram and watching my eldest on his bike.
