I have started IF 2 months ago. Have lost 15lbs and am now starting exercising too. I have noticed that after 3 days my body started getting used to go without eating and now I feel a lot less hunger and have less cravings. First week I did 8/16 hours now I do 5 or 6 sometimes even 4 and feel great. I am 254lbs currently…
