I'm not sure how to add people but you can me!! I have been doing low carb/high protein/high fat for about a month. Already feeling better (gut, joint pain, swelling, headaches)! As bonus lost 20 pounds! Woot woot!!!. :)

I let my food diary be visible to friends and you will see my suppers are NOT healthy a lot and I'm still eating sweets. I am in no way a role model for healthy eAting YET but I plan to be. I quit soda, sugar, gluten cold turkey and ate all organic and "real" food a while back. I lost 35 pounds quickly and felt great but…
