  • My first week was more like 1200 to 1100.. Then I found just the right amount of breakfast, lunch and dinner portions to keep it around 950 to 1050. I allow myself 1 cheat day a week, Sundays.
  • I'm 5'2 weighting my highest weight of 140 lbs. I just started eating 1000 calories a day, about to end my 2nd week. I haven't weighed since January 10th and won't until next Tuesday or Wednesday (waiting for new scale to arrive). I'm looking to lose about 20 to 30 pounds. That will put me in a health BMI
