  • Mine was having to ask the shop assistant in Gap to get me a dress in XS as the S was hanging off me!
  • The pain from the whip marks when practising double unders is too much! Always my right lower arm and shin. I can now do the grand total of 9!! Still someway to go.....
  • I have a number of goals this year. Since Nov 2016 I've lost 5st7 (35kg) and am now aiming to maintain. In terms of fitness my strength goals are to do unassisted dips and pull ups.   • I 'm doing this as well. Slimming world works for me and I lose weight. However I still eat a lot which now feels like too much. Therefore I eat SW friendly but log it all on MFP so I can start to understand portion sizes. I started in December and have now lost over 3 stone and feel in control of my eating.
  • I follow slimming world and have since the start of December. I also count the calories to keep me on track as I want to be able to maintain properly and be able to control my portion size. So far I've lost 2 stone 10 and am happy with how things are going.
  • My 2 are I'm now on my third pair of work trousers, the earlier pairs I could remove without undoing them! Today I let my PT film our boxing session for his website I didn't have the confidence before.
