I'm down 9 lbs. though five is water it comes back at night.

My protein shake routine has been a game changer for me because it is portable and an easy morning meal. I take it and then eat berries for breakfast. It took a week to feel full from just a shake, protein does help with hunger. Watch the sugar and the calories.

I'm loving not having sex with anyone else. I get tired of the whining and the need for constant validation. I especially get tired of hearing about someone else's fantasies.

Hi I'm new too. I have 85 lbs to loose and I'm 45. I've struggled my whole life. My children have been very good with their program. It's time for me to make a change for life.

Back when I was teaching I was on my feet all day. Why not try a Fitbit or something like that? Get as many extra steps as you can.

Have you tried collagen? I take it daily. I don't have loose skin, but the overall texture of my skin has improved. It has been great for my overall health. My eyes and my joints and connective tissue. I started because an injury. I continue because my skin looks great.

This is life changing for me. Tracking has been a huge emotional struggle for me. If I can't get it perfect I don't want to do it. This perspective helps.
