I enjoyed rice cakes sometimes - a cheese rice cake with salsa and a little fat free sour cream is a great snack. And I like to use low calorie Simply Hershey syrup which is 20 calories on a plain or chocolate or even caramel rice cake. Can even top with low cal whipped cream - 2 Tbsp of cool whip is only 25 calories.

I haven't posted in this for a while, but I'm as giddy as a kid on Christmas Eve because we are getting snow today, the first snow of the season, and its sticking! There's a good heavy dusting out there, and we don't usually get the very first snow to stick! (and yes, I am one of those weird folks who loves snow lol)

Oh, and my weight was down 4 lbs from yesterday! I did not realize I was carrying that much water weight! So 224.7 lbs is way, way better than the 231.1 that was recorded on Monday and the 228.6 recorded yesterday!
