  • It is taking everything I have not to go back to my old eating habits when I'm this stressed out.... I have been working out and eating healthy but I have my days like today where I don't want to care I haven't worked out and just want to say screw it and eat whatever I want. I don't handle stress very well. :(
  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes walked over a mile. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes I was a little over 500 calories under my goal. Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes drank a little over 100oz of water today.

  • I started trying to loose weight on 2/1 and started mfp 14 days ago. Since i started mfp i am down 6lbs and since 2/1 i have gone from 277 to 267 i do my weigh-ins every Monday so hopefully i will be down a couple more pounds.
