OK so I fixed it and walking an hour really helps? I've been doing like 30 crunches and planks and adding a few a day :s

And just so you know guys I love how y'all are lifting me up... I really needed it! As of right now I'm trying to count calories, do a 30 fitness challenge on an app I installed, and drink more water. And he has been so wonderful! I know he loves me no matter what but I have enough health problems as it is with migraines…

I am 5'3 I weigh about 190. Most of the weight is my butt, legs and thighs. But I definitely have a gut!
