@jessief593 a modern physique is a workout out were you do super sets to strength build muscle and burn fat its a constant workout recovering 10 sec keeping ur heart rate going burning alot more calories

I love dip better than smoking I haven't dipped in over a year also I stopped smoking and drinking cold turkey 1yr and 3 months it was becoming a problem and drinking everyday honestly I love drinking but I don't miss it this is the longest I've ever stopped for good job for everyone that has stopped a habit

Mind over matter put ur mind to it and push urself try doing yoga if u use the machines start light weight for a week then boost up weight following week you have to get broken in for the first few weeks then u will get into mode
