Yeah, I've gained about 20 lbs on mine, it is soooo frustrating since I'm almost 40 and have always kept around a 10lb spread with my weight (135-145). I'm just afraid I won't be able to lose the weight while I have it! The posts about increased appetite make me think it is that, I am abnormally hungry all the time.

I'm in the same boat, can't lose a stubborn 15 rather than 10 though. Am 5'5", 153 lbs and want to get down to 138 at least. So hard with a skinny BF who can eat junk all day long! Tons of snacks in the house. Add me if you are in a similar boat, I need easy recipes/tricks/motivation.
