Depends on your school of thought. Raw sugars, such as in fruits and by one way of thinking, can add up but are "okay" sugars in a certain school. 53 this past Feb (15 days ago). Pledged to get in better shape this year than any time in my 50's. Hit my peak fitness in 2009 with finishing Ironman Lake Placid... been downhill ever since so am turning the nose on the plane back up. I set aside a fixed block of time every day. This is my workout time. It's on my personal/business calendars so nobody gets that time. Generally works.... :)

Not nearly enough. I was recently tapped to do 22 pushups for 22 days (on video) to represent my veteran brothers and sisters who commit suicide every day and was dismayed that I could not do 22 clean pushups.
