That may be difficult but its not a death sentence, like others are making it out to be. Just be smart and get nutrients. I'd advise calculating your TDEE and reducing your calories by 20%, exercising and keeping carbs relatively low. Maybe you lose 5 or 7 instead of 10, just don't stress over it. That will be counter…
