BRAT (Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, Toast) is typically recommended for upset stomachs.

Feel free to add me, I nursed, worked out and logged after my first son, and this is my 2nd time around. My 2nd little guy turns one on the 30th but he's still nursing ;) I was much more successful losing after my first son, my body seems to be hanging on to 25lbs this time which I've found incredibly frustrating.

Yup, I third the C25K program. Makes a world of difference. You've got this

Me! I have a toddler and an infant so its a bit hard to fit things in right now but I'm trying to make more of an effort as I still have 25lbs of baby weight to lose and it hasn't budged since 2 weeks after my youngest was born. I was lifting 2-3x a week and running 5k 3 times a week and I'd like to consistently get back…

As I've said before, amazing job!!!! Can't wait to keep watching you shrink!

I always mail handwritten thank you cards (my wedding, wedding shower, baby shower, baptisms). People seem surprised to get them.

Oh my gosh, I could have almost written this! Well, I was 120s during highschool. Quit smoking and gained 25lbs and found myself at a starting weight of 180lbs for my first child. Topped out at 230 in Aug 2012 when pregnant. Got down to 159 July 2013 to find out I'm pregnant with #2. Currently 27 weeks pregnant and…

I've only had one, and I didn't completely lose it but it shrunk enough to not be noticeable for the most part. But I'm currently pregnant with #2 so we'll see what happens...hoping to avoid a 2nd c-section though.

I started logging when my son was about 3.5 months. He was exclusively BF, so I added 500 calories a day, and still lost about a lb/week. Once he started taking in solids, and I saw my weight loss level out, I decreased the additional calories a day till I started losing again. I averaged between 1800-2000 gross calories a…

Based on the coverage I've seen, he is in a fenced backyard, bouncing his ball as it is a soothing activity to him. He probably makes excited noises just like any kid who is having fun will do.

American Bulldog. We came across her and just fell in love.

Kitchener-Waterloo here! Mom of one in my late 20s...just about to return to work after mat leave.

It will take time. I gained 50lbs with my son born Aug 12, 2012, and I had gained 25lbs shortly before becoming pregnant in my struggle to quit smoking. I dropped about 20lbs soon after giving birth and then had to work very very hard to lose the rest. I finally lost those 50lbs by the time he was 6 months, but I was…

I agree. Also, vaginal vs c-section birth will factor in to how intense and how fast you should go in. I tried 30DS 3 months post partum, and had to come back to it a few months later. Try easing your way in...you created a human! That"s no mean feat!

Amazing job! I found that was the hardest day in the whole program.
-
Great job!!! C-sections suck! You look fantastic.
-
Great job! This is exactly why I will be logging during my next pregnancy.
-
I gained 50 and lost it by the time my son was 6 months. The first 30 dropped off within about 6 weeks and I had to struggle with the remaining 20. I am now 15 lighter than that and still working on it  Edit: he was exclusively breastfed until about 6.5 months, and we still nurse about 5 times in a 24 hour period.
-
I've heard it never truly completely goes away without the assistance of surgery. Which sucks because mine is not pretty! But I'm only 11 months out.
-
I'd say 200-300. I logged 500 until about 8-9 months when he started to eat more solids and I've dropped it to 400 as he still nurses first thing in the morning, before both naps, before bed and twice overnight at 11 months, Working on dropping those overnight ones and then I'll drop my calories again.

I'm new to this...just joining. I'll try 50km for July  I got 5 done today.

Amazing job!!!!! I am currently on week 8 and I think the hardest was moving between week 2 and week 3, and then W5D3. I first started back in January and did week 1 and then week 2 twice and then I gave up. I restarted in May and haven't looked back. You can totally do this. I find focusing on my breathing and slowing my…

I sing something silly under my breath/in my head...whether its "The ants go marching 1 by 1" or "99 bottles of beer on the wall" I focus on getting to a certain point in the song and then pick a new point. I just finished W7 so this has helped me tremendously...7 weeks ago 60 seconds of jogging was a stretch for me. You…

Bumping to follow.

I've added 500 a day every day. I easily lost weight on this, and sometimes didn't eat all my calories and other days went over. I have lost all the baby weight (50lbs) and a further 16lbs. I recently reduced the 500 to 400/day since at 10 months he's eating more solids. He still nurses several times through the night as…
