I started using this app on valentines day. So far so good. I have about 135 to lose to get to my goal. A recent EKG showed a potential problem. More testing will be necessary. But that was the final kick in the pants to make me realize I have to take this seriously and lose the extra weight.

Personally, I would ditch the pills. If they really worked everyone would be flocking to buy them. I think they can do a lot more harm than good. I have a lot more to lose than the 25. I tried a variety of stuff- weight watchers, Richard Simmons, etc. Nothing works better than calorie counting in my opinion. Does your Dr…

I too found the many chances disheartening. Gotta buy a new set of books every time the program changes. Today was my first day here, and I am already learning a lot. I can do this. I WILL succeed in losing the weight.
