I travel in business in Asia (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, China) - you would be obviously out of place in a swimsuit in the (segregated) hot bath/whirlpool, regardless of age. After over a decade of regular travel and use of hotel gyms (and hot bath or whirlpool after my workout), I don't even think about it, seems normal.
