Happy New Year everyone! My weight this morning is 156.2. It has been hovering here for the past 6 weeks between 155 and 157. My focus goal this week is actually measuring my portions as tedious as it is. Wishing everyone success this coming week!

Hi! I am looking forward to this challenge, support and accountability! My plans are to weigh each Wednesday, track my food intake, focus on healthy nutrient dense foods, proteins, exercise at a minimum of 4 x/week.
