Add me if you like. Almost 31, mom of one 11-month-old.

I've been on 1200 cals since mid-February and I've lost 15 lbs already, even with a handful of cheat meals. Have 30 to go by September, hopefully.

I've lost 15 lbs already and have not cut a thing from my diet but Pop-Tarts. Still eat plenty of rice, potatoes, pasta...

I measure most stuff since I went 3 weeks at the same weight and it really makes a difference. Eating out, i try to reconstruct the meal here; if I can't I guesstimate. As you said, that's all you can do. And there are so many suggestions floating around about how to control your portions when you go out.

If you're that hungry, bring your limit up by 250 and see if that works. If it doesn't, or you start gaining, you might want to tighten up your logging.

LOL. I hope I don't have to do that myself! I'm 5'1 and 125 is my original goal, but I'm considering dropping it to 115. My husband is the only one who knows what my goal is, so fortunately all I get is support.

My mom suggested it after I started moaning about gaining 20 pounds over the holidays.

I feel you. I started in mid February (signed up at the beginning of the year, but...) and I was sure I'd be down to my goal weight by my son's birthday (June 5). Now that I see it won't be that easy, I'm resetting to be done by the end of the year and if I'm feeling ambitious, by September (when I go for my physical). My…

I noticed when I pulled out a pair of pants I haven't worn in a year and a half and found I could fit them again. That's 2.5 months/12 lbs.

Doesn't matter to me personally, as long as he hasn't had sex with any of them.

So I'm just going to take all this and add it to my Crunchyroll account...

To snuggle in for a nap with my husband and my baby.

I switch days all the time. For the food diary, you can hit where it says "Today" and it gives an option to change the date. Not sure about the exercise diary though... :/

My son's first birthday: June 5. I don't want to have to buy a new swimsuit to look good in pictures.

I schedule dermatology appointments for a fairly large health system. It brings in money, but I want to go to grad school for psychology and become a counselor.

Never punched anyone in the face, but I did swing my backpack into someone's face.

I mostly use the app, so I will look up serving sizes and divide. But then, I'm eyeballing almost everything else. If there is a way to look up nutrition info, I do, but if not (like that milkshake) I estimate in ounces what it was.

I've been lurking since the thread started, but I'll throw in my 2 cents. 1. Most of the time, no, but every other weekend or so I'll go over. 2. Meal planning, meal planning and more meal planning. Some days I have not only the whole day but the whole next day planned. Also: lots of water. Keeps me too full to be hungry…

I'm 30. My sister and I grew up in a single-parent household. My mother worked 2-3 jobs to make ends meet, so we grew up on reduced school breakfast and lunch and frozen dinners. And while our food wasn't healthy, we also didn't have access to a lot of sweets and soda. Take out was a treat, and restaurant eating was only a…

Dunkin Donuts, but it was in the other direction: only 260 calories for a Bavarian Cream donut? LOL
-
I still enjoy Poptarts and pie. You can add me too.

Is it vain to say my mother had gastric bypass surgery and got her weight lower than mine? I'd been comfortable being the lightest in my family (even though I've been overweight for several years), but when her weight dropped below mine, it was a wake up call. I'd rather not have surgery to get my climbing weight under…

The only way to resolve your dilemma is to just kindly ask your husband if he can eat his snacks separately from you, and if not, then you've got to leave if you're going to be too tempted to join in without restraint. My husband loves cookies and Chinese. He's also 6', 185lbs and has an active job. I am almost a foot…

My mom (my inspiration) has dropped 60 lbs with 10 to go and many, many people are telling her that she's too skinny and seem to go nuts when she says she's losing more. She just ignores and deflects. I've only lost 9 lbs but when I tell people that my goal is 125 (5'1") they tell me that I'm going to look like a skeleton.…

Lurking... supposed to be working. (Hey, that rhymes!)
-
I used to do it daily, but after my scale kept getting stolen, I'm down to once a week. Sunday morning right after the bathroom I step on and log it.
-
Avoided getting fried fish and potato wedges.
-
I prelog my food specifically to figure out how to work in things like Pop-Tarts and potato chips. If I could just get back to the gym, I could fit so much more into my diet.

I'm a 30 year old married mom of a nonstop 9 month old. I was already overweight when I got pregnant, gained thirty pounds, lost forty and gained twenty again. I really want to get back to my wedding weight of 125lbs and start exercising again.

I've got two. My "fat jeans" fit a little looser today, and I avoided the tacos yesterday.
