Adjusted your calorie goal lately? MFP will not adjust your goals automatically (at least, not by default... if you can make it do it, I'm not sure how). About once every 10 pounds I go into settings and recalculate my goal based on current weight. Or whenever I feel like I'm getting stuck. As somebody else already pointed…

May 29th: 250.0 Weight -/+ this week: -2.4 Weight -/+ this month: -6.4 Successes / struggles this week: I hit my first major goal early this week (250), then bounced back a little, hit it again, bounce... Today I'm at 249.4. Hopefully resuming the downward trend again for the June challenge. OMG, it's almost June already???

When I'm drinking, I don't particularly care about food. Unlike my dad, I can/will eat while drinking, but I don't feel any particular need to and can be quite happy on beer alone. Some of the beers I prefer can practically be chewed anyway.

OK, I know today is "Thursday Truth" and not "Saturday Success", but I couldn't wait until Saturday to HIT MY FIRST MAJOR GOAL! Today I am down to 250 (from a start of 293), and I had to enter a new goal into Fitbit. So now my Fitbit goal finally matches my MFP goal. I'm looking at you, 225.

A couple weeks ago, I had a very frustrating week. I was doing everything right, but I gained weight 7 out of 8 days. Couldn't understand it, and was starting to entertain thoughts of quitting (no, not going to happen, but that was the level of frustration). Then on the 9th day the dam broke and I dropped a half pound. On…

Easiest? Probably click on the "notifications" bell symbol up at the top of the message boards page, then click "All Notifications". Now click the link that says "Replies". Depending on how active you are, it should be right there. The replies you've made are sorted from most recent to oldest, so scroll down to 7 days ago…

May 22st: 252.4 May 29th: Weight -/+ this week: -6.2 Weight -/+ this month: -4.0 Successes / struggles this week: This past weekend was my first monthly "beer weekend". Once (or sometimes twice) a month during camping weather I gather up 20 gallons of homebrew and try to get it all consumed by me and my friends before the…

I wake up almost every morning with a song in my head. This morning it was Fire and Rain by James Taylor. No clue why.

Not much time? I hop on my bike. If I've got an hour or so to kill, I hit the gym for my upper-body dumbbell exercises.

Wednesday Wish: I wish my legs weren't this sore from all those squats yesterday!

Sounds good, though I've never been a fan of cottage cheese. Would it be good prepped and reheated (or cold)?

Listening to Captain America: Civil War on Netflix, which I was watching while doing 100 squats-to-press. \o/

Pizza isn't a cheat for me, it's a part of my normal intake. Pizza is awesome. My cheat "meal" is booze, booze, and more booze. And chips (potato, Dorito, whatever) in large quantity.

I vote for Planet Fitness. It's dirt cheap as gyms go, and you'll get access to more than just exercise bikes. Even if all you want to do is be a better cyclist, a little strength training always helps. And you'll never have to worry about maintaining/repairing/replacing the exercise bike. I got the premium membership, so…

My #1 defense against boredom eating is video game addiction. :D Sounds silly, but I'll get so engrossed in my games that I even forget to eat a regular meal. Would be nice if my counter to boredom eating wasn't so sedentary, but... sitting on my butt not-eating is better than sitting on my butt and eating.

I don't know... I've never been not-overweight. :/

False. I wish. Likes to sit in a sauna.

3 things: Mountain Dew (and other non-diet pop), mindless eating (the bag of chips is empty before I realize I'm still eating), and boredom eating. I used to drink at least 4-6 liters of Mountain Dew a day when I was your age. That's an insane number of completely empty calories. And I could/would demolish a "family-size"…
