totally can relate...hell today I had Cheetos, cheesits, and some Lindor chocolates (so good) and didn't go to the gym this morning. I feel so guilty about it. But hey..all we can do it start again tomorrow. Come on lets get back on track :)

I don't drink the tea all the time, I will not become dependent on it. I am one of those people who doesn't go poop as much as I should so a little help added with bunch of green veggies doesn't hurt. and trust me I DO NOT have the money to buy it every month LOL

I use C4 for my morning workouts, haven't had any issues with it yet. it definitely helps keep me focused and energized. It does have something in it that causes your skin to tingle once it gets good into your system, pretty annoying feeling but no real issues.
