How much time do you spend on MFP each day?
Just curious....since I stated using MFP I have logged for 6 days straight and am on here the entire time i'm at work (logged in checking back and forth). Besides logging my information, I love reading peoples stories they are very inspiring.

Frozen "Healthy Meals"
So are the frozen Healthy meals like "Healthy Choice" actually healthy for you? I mean they are 5 for 10 bucks and taste really good. What are some meals I can get that are healthy, things I can pack for lunch? Yes I know I can meal prep and all that but out side of meal prepping. :)

Core and Balance
Hello, I am looking for some tips and tricks to strengthen my core and become more balanced. I am 200lbs and carry most of my weight in my mid section. I am currently beginning cardio...stair climber 15 mins and treadmill 30 mins a day. but really want to focus on core. What worked for you?
