  • My body type in an inverted triangle. My shoulders are wider than my hips. I’m 5’5” 133 and a double D. I’m hoping they will get smaller as I drop more weight/body fat

  • You can do this. Follow your surgeons food progression plan. I was hungry in the first food stages..its a battle...it will get better with real food stage. Hang in there
  • I'm being honest, I'm not where I want to be. I've been making this process harder by losing and gaining the same pounds. I'm not making progress to get to my personal goal. Being angry with myself is helping my discipline. Ive been in a comfort zone way to long. I need to RIP off the bandaid and just do this.

  • Our weight loss is slower because we have less body fat to burn. It’s ok to lose slow. What works for me may not work for others. Calorie ranges are so different for each of us.   • Check in It’s summer, I have been off track for longer than usual. Last week we had house guests, Father’s Day and a block party. All of celebrating made it easy to justify choices. Working away at the stress emotional eating. I’m doing better with it. Still on the high end of my bounce range.

  • 6/10 I’m owning my crap. I made a choice to go off plan the last few days. I’m back at the high end of my maintaining bounce range. Up seven pounds. Still amazes me how quickly I gain. Back on track day one. Detoxing and I’m not pleasant to be around.
