One of my gym shirts says "I swear by my pretty floral bonnet I will end you", another one has a Mario mushroom with "1UP", and another says "the cake is a lie". Every time I wear them I think someone will understand them. They don't.

I'm very happy I'm not the only one! Great job to everyone on the loses. Hopefully that light bulb will eventually go off for all of us. I guess the important thing is to keep going. I think I will start taking progress pics. So glad I'm not alone in feeling this way! Thanks for the reassurance everyone!

Stopped drinking calories. Well, not always. I do have a bit of booze every now and again. But no more than once a month while I'm losing weight. But no soda, no shakes, no juice, no beer. The 2nd thing was I started parking farther away from stores and taking the stairs. As long as I wasn't in heels!

Outlander is also really well done. It follows the books so well. Black Sails is amazing but it's on it's last season. You guys look so good! I finally managed to get to a scale and I was pleasantly surprised. I lose 2.4 lbs since last time I had one! I'm still going to go by inches, but since I haven't been working out, there's minimal change. But now that I have some more time I'm hoping to get to the gym more!
