I do it quite often especially after weekends and its quite easy as I am not that hungry the day after overeating anyway.

For me , maintenance is a blast ! I have a ton of calories to eat everyday and I eat out and have drinks the whole weekend If my weight remains the same , I am happy because I KNOW that I did not over eat and listened to my body. Thank you everyone for your help ! I decided to give myself a weight range , and not a specific number and use my Fitbit Aria and the Fitbit App to track my weight

yes because I am just starting strength training as I used to hate it I am just starting by working on the spots I'd like to tone and not focus on other body parts which do not bother me like biceps etc.

Used Fitbit to lose weight successfully and now I've been using it for over a year to maintain weight. For me , its spot on and accurate.

I am actually considering ditching the scale or weighing once a month , as then number on the scale determines my mood for that day
