Because you have to trust nutritional info on food labels to lose weight by counting calories. And i was asking if you'd rather do so , than learn how to eat intuitively and trust your body instead of counting calories and trusting labels. Sorry if I was unclear.

I dont have access to a gym. I have dumbells , kettlebells , a weighted hula hoop and an exercise mat at home

I cant say exactly. A pizza has about 2000 calories plus the wine which is about 300 calories and cereal about 700 calories. My maintenance calories are 2000 calories

Oh no i did not skip meals ! The reason I did not eat all the day is because I am not used to eating breakfast and lunch. I only eat dinner :)

Im talking about most of the time. This is my usual routine of what I what during the week - breakfast : 60g Cereal ( 240 cal) , lunch 2 packets of crisps ( 200 cal) , dinner 2 small wholemeal wrapd and 200g chicken breast ( 700 cal) and a pack of chocolate chips ( 200 cal) On weekends , I eat out and eat junk fooda

My period was supposed to be this week but I am on the pill so I dont get periods

1. Deprivation leads to regular bingeing 2. I live with my parents , grandma and sister. I am not going to tell them to remove things they love to eat just so that I avoid them

You are generalizing. I literally lost weight by eating junk food and sweets lol ! Is it healthy ? No , but thats the only way I could do it. Junk food and sweets are what satisfy me and if I dont have them , I end up overeating. Clean eating is boring for me and does not make me feel full AT ALL. I exercise just because I…
