I'm 5'3", highest weight was 250lbs, currently 190lbs (60lbs lost!), and ultimate goal is 140lbs. Short term goals are: 185 by July 8th and 175 by end of August. i'm working on only two servings of fruit a day because I currently eat too much fruit. Need to increase my veggies!!! Never have a problem hitting my protein.

Current goal is to beat last summer's lowest (187) Ended the school year at 197 (yikes!) But i'm right now at 190.4 after hard work the past few weeks. I want to hit 185 by July 8th - I'm traveling on a mission trip. Then, by end of summer, I would love to be 175.
