Water intake or should I say lack of it is my downfall too, you can get apps on your phone to remind you to drink and I've started carrying around a water bottle in the shape of a fire extinguisher it makes drinking water a bit more fun, cos let's face it its soooooooooo boooooring

This challenge couldn't have come at a better time for me, I completed my Reiki level 2 yesterday evening and part of my "training" involves daily meditation and writing a little journal of things I noticed, if I choose music and why, which crystals I chose etc, perfect :)

I have a question re exercise.......... Does scooting around the house with the hoover singing along to Queen's 'I want to break free' constitute as a work out and if so how many calories do you reckon 20 minutes would use up?

I need to lose exactly the same as you, it's a bit daunting when you say 6 stone isn't it, I'm going to set goals of 7lbs each time, my plan is healthy eating within the allowed calories and swimming (or in my case drowning with style)
